چکیده
There has been increasing attention toward the influence of biofertilizers on composition microbial communities associated with crop plants. We investigated impact Azospirillum sp. B510, a bacterial strain nitrogen-fixing ability, structure and fungal within rice plant rhizospheres by amplicon sequencing at two sampling stages (the vegetative harvest rice). Principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) demonstrated significant community shift in microbiome when plants were inoculated B510 stage, which was very similar to effect chemical N-fertilizer application. This result suggested that inoculation strongly influenced nitrogen uptake host under low conditions. Least discriminant (LDA) showed significantly increased N2-fixing Clostridium, Aeromonas Bacillus populations. In contrast, there no apparent structure. The putative functional properties bacteria identified through PICRUSt2, this hinted amino acid, sugar vitamin production might be related inoculation. Our results indicate recruiting other absence fertilizer.

Impact of Azospirillum sp. B510 Inoculation on Rice-Associated Bacterial Communities in a Paddy Field
Rice seedlings were inoculated with Azospirillum sp. B510 and transplanted into a paddy field. Growth in terms of tiller numbers and shoot length was significantly increased by inoculation. Principal-coordinates analysis of rice bacterial communities using the 16S rRNA gene showed no overall change from B510 inoculation. However, the abundance of Veillonellaceae and Aurantimonas significantly i...
متن کاملEffects of colonization of a bacterial endophyte, Azospirillum sp. B510, on disease resistance in rice.
Agriculturally important grasses contain numerous diazotrophic bacteria, the interactions of which are speculated to have some other benefits to the host plants. In this study, we analyzed the effects of a bacterial endophyte, Azospirillum sp. B510, on disease resistance in host rice plants. Rice plants (Oryza sativa cv. Nipponbare) were inoculated with B510 exhibited enhanced resistance agains...

cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...

We determined the nucleotide sequence of the entire genome of a diazotrophic endophyte, Azospirillum sp. B510. Strain B510 is an endophytic bacterium isolated from stems of rice plants (Oryza sativa cv. Nipponbare). The genome of B510 consisted of a single chromosome (3,311,395 bp) and six plasmids, designated as pAB510a (1,455,109 bp), pAB510b (723,779 bp), pAB510c (681,723 bp), pAB510d (628,8...
